Wickness Models provides DCC Fitting of digital decoders for your existing models - Hornby, Lima, Bachman, Dapol, Farish, Flieschmann etc at very reasonable prices. We also supply from the current range of Hornby products at discount prices and can fit decoders to any locos prior to supply if required. We believe in close discussion before, during and after service so please contact us with any queries you might have on dcc fitting
The basic DCC Fitting Service costs £13.00 per loco including return carriage for your existing locos. We can supply a Hornby R8249 decoder at cost price of £9.50 if you don't have your own taking the total cost to £22.40 per loco. Bachmann split chassis models, models with working lights and N gauge locos are a little more complex so please ask for prices on these. All models are track tested before and after conversion and will receive pickup cleaning free of charge where necessary. Each Loco is returned complete with photographs of the conversion process and video test run on a cd.
