	Modell Ost has been established to cater for those who wish to own unique steam, diesel, and electric locomotives, trams and streetcars, that are not available ready to run. Modell Ost can build from kits in plastic, etched brass, cast white metal or other media. Prototype knowlege covers UK, American, German and also Austrian. Narrow gauge and outside frames are a specialty. to complete particular projects, one-off components can also be manufactured on our lathe or milling machine.

4th May 2008 - Beattie 2-4-0 Well Tanks in 4mm and 7mm scales from Modell Ost

Orders are now being taken by Modell Ost for a batch of 12 Beattie Well Tanks - six in 4mm scale and another six in 7mm scale.
Based on either the Roxy Mouldings kit in O scale, or the Falcon Brassworks (ex. Jidenco) kit in 4mm/ft scale, these will represent the locos as running in their final BR days, with 'Southern' lettered versions as an option.
Delivery of the first completed examples is timetabled for July/August 2008.
Price will include VAT, insured carriage to a UK mainland address and a 12 months warranty.
