Called in on sat 21st jan. Busy little shop well stocked. Proprieter very knowledgeable. Asked if they had the bachmann ivatt 4 and was asked by his wife which version i wanted. Good price too. In your suggested points to consider they only fall down on layout of shop because it is small. But that is how they can keep prices down.
