After weeks of checking out sites, I stumbled across osborns. I found a particularly full selection, an easy to navigate web-site (I could finally find what I was looking for) and helpful quick response e-mails when I had questions or needed clarification. I found prices to be better than most other shops (The 20% of for vat) helps a lot. I decided that I could buy new products here less expensively than used products on e-bay, helped by the vat deduction, combined shipping on multiple items and clear and helpful advice if I was straying from my target GWR & time period. Particularly strong in N gauge. excellent mail order service. Not always the cheapest but if anything goes wrong with a purchase then it is dealt with quickly and efficiently. The owner is always helpful and will assist you in finding what you're looking for or leave you to browse for as long as you like. The selection of rtr 'OO' model trains is also very good and they hold kits from many manufacturers in various sizes. A 'must' to visit if your in the area; I made a special trip from exeter and felt the journey was well worth the time and effort
