super service and good depth of knowledge first class postal service

excellent service they will do mail order too and their website is supposed to be up in spring 2005, they stock everything imaginable (at the expence of space to stand! :) i have used them since i was doing my GCSEs when i built a hovercraft from parts there recently i bought marine and aircraft propellers from them, from what i could see they had RC boats Planes Helicopters Airfix tanks planes etc and all the accessories in electric and I/C. the only bother is parking which is limited because of the evil council and their yellow lines but there is space behind the shop and parking lots over the river at sainsburys but its not too far from the station. the staff are friendly and the bloke is especialy knowledgeable and good over the phone too. a lot of the parts are out of boxes such as propellers (there are boxed ones aswell) i havent had to ask about opening any boxes but they seem quite reasonable people so i dont think it is out of the question. i also dont know their returns policy it seemed a little unfair to return a prop i had flown into the ground!
