I ordered and paid for a rc airplane. Their web site said they had 20 units in stock. The following day i rang to confirm my order and was told the airplane would be dispatched. After 5 days i contacted them and was told all the units were damaged and their supplier was not importing this model anymore. I asked what happens about refunding my money and was told that someone would recredit me that afternoon. Five days later the money had not been refunded so i contacted them again to be told that this would be corrected right away. I am now waiting for my next bank statement to see if this has happened. The web prices looked great and i am very disappointed they could not provide me with the goods they advertised. If someone had phoned me and discussed the problem they were having with my order and offered me another similar craft i would be feeling completely different about the service i received.

Good model shop. Has some interesting ideas about dcc, and has some second hand but not much. Owner is very talkative.

I ordered online, the model of a Halifax Bomber from this shop. I paid via paypal. The money was taken. After a week of waiting I telephoned the shop. The owner assured me that he had the said item in his hand and was going to walk down to the post office a post it right away. Two days later i received a credit from Pay pal. The shop informed me that they were unable to obtian the model. At least i got my money back. The owner was a bit of a romancer.
