Good selection helpful advice but a shockingly poor returns policy. Refused to replace defective model car offering only a repair.

Excellent shop if they have not got what you want they can get it. Staff offer excellent advice and guideance. Also offer excellent postal order service. Shop primarly for radio control models, cars, boats, planes, helicopters.

A large selection of products which can be a bit daunting for a first time buyer; however, the staff were very helpful and assisted throughtout in order to ensure suitability in terms of current requirements, scalability and future proof of the product recommended.
