They have lots of stock for all different types of models. Also very good service. I recomend for model enthusiasts and I will be visiting again soon. Carl Langley , Chesterfield - 22 Feb 2011 - 1/10 After calling for availability of a DCC decoder I was quoted £12.40 on arrival at shop an hour later was told it was £13.99 when said they had quoted £12.40 on phone his answer was 'that was before I looked in the catalogue!' no apology for the mistake, obviously thought it was my fault! This is third time I have visited the shop and not once had a good experience. They have never heard of customer service! Don Bryans , Long Eaton, Derbyshire - 25 Jan 2011 - 1/10 After several attempts, (due to the shop being closed, having signs on the door 'back in 20 mins", etc.), I finally managed to visit the shop yesterday (24th January 2011). The shop is fairly well-stocked, however that is the only good point about this establishment. noticing that they stocked heljan, I enquired if it would be possible to pre-order the forthcoming "Lion". I was told "No", as "You're hardly a regular." nor will I be. very poor service, and not worth the return bus fare from long eaton to chesterfield. 0.0001/10.
