Nothing is too much trouble for the staff in this shop, no matter how hard i try. When in kent, why not pop in, or not in kent for that matter, you won't regret the trip. Highly recommended,

I find them always helpful, knowledgeable and with the most amazing stock of esoteric model railway spares and equipment. They deal kindly with the inexpert and will sometimes even suggest alternatives that deprive them of a sale! One of the top 2 or 3 shops in the hobby.

Nice range of both new and second-hand / reconditioned stock, which may be test-run before you decide to buy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large range of spares / bits and pieces. Prices can be a bit high on some items, but on the whole, well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Excellent, friendly and courteous service, with good quantities of n and 00 well displayed in cases. Some n second hand, and an amazing stock of hornby spares and bits and bobs (behind the scenes).

Excellent service, this shop made up the now obsolete R9059 track extension pack for me, out of their track stock and only charged the original bargain price, thank you and all from a phone call. No wonder Hornby customer service recommended this shop.Will be back.
