A superb model shop for a new railway enthusiast like me.Always helpful,willing to phone when stock comes in.The most important thing for me has been the willingness to answer questions simply and concisely.I can recommend this shop and its staff to everyone.

I visited the shop this week for the first time and it was a nice suprise when i arrived, as i am new to the model railway world and so did not know what to expect but the people were so friendly and extremely knowledgeable due to the fact i am unable to speak i normally rely on my wife to translate for me which can at times be very frustrating all round but these people took the time and had the patience to help me, i could not get over the vast range of products they sell for all aspects of modeling and all top quality brands at the same sort of prices i have been paying on e-bay for used items! I left feeling much more confident that i can build my layout properly something i was in doubt about before my visit.I highly reccomend this shop to both newcomers and experienced modellers alike although it is around 60miles round trip for me to get there it is well worth every mile. I wish them every success for the future it is well deserved.

I am a new modelor and did not know much about modeling. The service I recieved from T & R Models was excellent and the knowledge I recieved from each of the questions put forward to them was helpfull, indepth and they answered the questions very professionally.
