Previously submitted Customer Comments Ken , NR Boston - 19 Jan 2017 - It's nice to find a traditional model shop. I only wanted something simple. I needed to fault-find the wiring on my layout and called in on the off-chance. The man behind the counter (Mr Mason?) thought he had something more suitable than the 'grain of wheat' bulb I'd asked for After an exhaustive search it appeared that it had been sold. In the end I settled for the 'grain of wheat bulb' which will do the job though probably less easily than item that was out of stock. I was there for around 10 minutes for which the sale value was just 87p. That's what I call being helpful. He could easily have not bothered but he persevered, which you don't get in many places these days. Thank you!
