I have purchased a number of items here over the last couple of years. I have always been a little put off by the total lack of friendly service and the constant need for the chap behind the counter to "Play" With his laptop rather than attend to me - the customer. He was somewhat arrogant and most unhelpful on my last visit and I made the decision never to return. I now travel to flair-rail in essex where I have found a wonderful shop coupled with amazing service. I am about to contruct an extensive new layout and the hobby shop in faversham has certainly lost a lot of business from me. But they probably don't care!!
