What a fantastic shop! Exceptionally friendly welcome. Very willing to spend time advising in terms understandable to beginners even for products they did not stock. Immediate response to look up items for order. A good range of items displayed to offer maximum accessability to customers. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.

In our last desparing hopes of getting the christmas passenger lgb starter set for a christmas gift we came across chesire models online. We ordered the gift late on friday night 1 week before christmas. We were contacted by telephone on the monday by mike from chesire models. He informed us that the lgb christmas starter set was out of stock and discontinued. However, he offiered to get in touch with the wholesaler to see what other sets were available and asked us what our preference would be. First thing tuesday morning, i had a phone call from mike to say that he had managed to obtain the lgb christmas starter set and would be despatching it immediately. The expertly packaged parcel arrived on thursday! Mike followed up the despatch e-mail with a phone call to check that it had arrived ok! A huge thanks to mike for the caring and friendly service - you made it christmas!
