Scenery items are well catered for by woodland scenics as are kits from hornby, peco, wills, ratio, metcalfe, kestrel, dpm and ready made buildings from Hornby skaledale and lyddle end range. The model railway section takes up about a quarter of the shop area, which is primarily a book shop. Cheap parking in the public car park just behind shop. There are extensive stocks of the main brands (HOrnby, bachmann, peco, ratio, wills, woodland scenics and a few others), but this is not the place for specialist kits or scratchbuilding parts etc. Not much display space for the rtr models. These are stocked with boxes end on in number order, which is great if you know what you are looking for, but not likely to attract many impulse purchases. Very good prices for Hornby and Bachmann - Occasional discounts on other brands.
