I have been a railway modeller for many years!, but only recently used model junction, for usa N gauge items, the service is absolutely first class, ordering is simple, the website is very accurate, and my orders have all arrived on time, with the added bonus of discount vouchers off future purchases, the product range is first class as well!! I have bought from model junction a number of times over the last eighteen months or so. Their website is comprehensive (they have a good stock of many different brands)and easy to navigate. The service each time has been first rate with orders despatched within hours of their being placed. I would definitely recommend them.

Went in with list of 8 items from walthers catalogue, within 10 minutes, whilst I picked up a few impulse buys, the young lady had put every single item ( building kits, kadees etc etc.) on the counter. Had simply not expected that nice surprise, but, with impulse buys, I spent a lot more than I anticipated and was very pleased to do so. ron gager

I ordered a trio of N gauge locomotives, one of which had the roof horn missing on arrival. I notified model junction of this and they contacted me immediately to sort out a replacement part. i've found this typical of their faultless service to customers over the years and would highly recommend them. You can order with confidence, the goods arrive promptly, beautifully packed, and at a very competitive price.

All items I ordered were in stock at reasonable prices, the order was actioned quickly and I was given a tracking number for the parcel. this organisation is the best I have ever dealt with, just wish that I had discovered it sooner . would have saved me some hassle over the years. five stars !!
