When I first became interested in having an 'N' gauge model railway, I went to B&H Models and spent quite a lot of my money (c£300). As a novice I asked for adviceabout the following: 1 - Controllers - They recommended the Hornby as it was a few pounds cheaper, and just as good! 2 - Track fastenings - suggested the Peco track pins, no advice that they would need shortening.' though by chance about a year later I was told that is what needs to be done - too late as I had already discovered this for myself. 3 - Bartering definately not allowed - the price on the box is whtat you pay. RESULT - I shop elsewhere in Newark or on the Internet.

Only rc model shop i know of in lincoln (++), small cramped shop with rc accesories behind a counter(-),shop did stock rc stuff i was looking for, will just have to be specific on phone,good price on 2200 20c 11.1v 3s lipo (£30) and some 35 mhz crystals (++), well worth a visit if you have an interest in rc!
