A great little traditional model shop with a wide range of 00- and n-gauge items as well as other modeling stuff. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I felt most uncomfortable in this shop. There were two shop assistants one male and one female. I felt extremely sorry for the female assistant who was literally being nudged out of the way and talked over by the bloke every time she tried to speak or help me. In fact she was more effective and helpful than the obsequious man who was so unpleasant towards her. They did not have all that i wanted which amounted to over £100 and so i asked them to ring me when it arrived and i never heard another word from them. That was three weeks ago. I am not at all surprised the chap serving was so useless and got just about every part of the transaction wrong. If they want my advice and I bet they dont I suggest they let the lady serve and keep the bloke in the back where he can do less damage.
