Andy weston is a mine of information and, through his knowledge of products from vendors such as graham farish, kato, etc, has been terrific in helping me with planning and building my n-gauge layout. Each trip to his shop results in yet more info and ideas and on the rare times there have been problems with goods and / or deliveries andy has taken full ownership to get them resolved. Martin & Nikki Reeves , Swindon, Wilts - 15 Jan 2012 - 9/10 Helpful and willing to offer advice, good levels of stock, all supported by a knowledgable owner (Andy weston) who is happy to spend time assessing your requirements. weve visited twice to collect pre-ordered items (Some 'ex-stock' and some 'special order'), which are and were delivered in a timely manner without fuss and free from P&P. Now stocking o gauge (7mm scale) track and some C&L products (Baseboard alignment dowels etc.), parkside dundas and peco wagons 7mm scale kits et al. and railway magazines too - excellent increasing range of stock. easy free parking and just off of the m4 motorway, a nice local cafe is also present in the garden centre (Which has something for all of the family - including a softplay centre!). Steve Banfield , Hertfrodshire - 30 Jun 2010 - 8/10 It might only be a small shop, but the volume knowledge, enthusiasm, honesty and helpfulness of the owner would certainly fill much larger premises! Very much worth a visit (within but 2 minutes of the m4). Despite the small shop area, always seems to be plenty of useful stock in both 4mm & 2mm. Mr weston is very honest with you as to what you need and unlike some shop owners what you don't need to spend your money on! He is always willing to order items in if he hasn't go them and does ring you when they arrive - usually in a couple of days from the order. He doesn't charge postage so i've worked out that he is much cheeper than some of the other model shops.
