Hurricane Models was founded in the summer of 1987 after years of building and racing radio controlled models. The shop has since been doubled in size with the levels of stock increasing tenfold. Hurricane Models is directed by Neil and Alan along with help from a number of other people outside of the shop hours.We pride ourselves on giving a first class service to each and every customer we have, trying very hard to fulfill everybody's requirements. We provide a full aftersales service to all.

A definite must if you want plastic construction kits or rc models, however not much in the way of model railway items currently, but I was assured that their range is increasing every week. Very nice and knowledgeable staff who are willing to order items from the manufacturers for you, worth a visit if you are in the area, or can make an excuse to take a route via broxbourne like I did!
Wow....A mecca for the plastic kit modeller, beautifully laid out and very spacious. Excellent choice of models.Very helpful staff. Paints, tools, balsa, KS metals, Radio control, Model railways, etc. Free parking to front and rear. Highly recommended.
