Dawn & Nick George , St.helens, Merseyside - 11 May 2011 - 10/10 Went for the first time yesterday and spent nearly 2 hours there! It's such a friendly place with a realy welcoming "Your at home" Feeling - even the cat "Smokey" Came and said hello. Great for a general modelmaker as loads of "Generic" Model making stock there as well as trains. amazing scenery making collection including custom made signs. amazing place! Has three huge rooms stocked to the ceiling with everything you could want. The one thing that was sold out could be there the next working day - fantastic service, warm friendly and emensly helpful. Even though he was due to shut half an hour earlier paul kept on chatting as if time was no object. A young customer aged about 8/9 came in and was treated like his own son- knew his name, what he had already bought, what was the best thing to buy next etc. Definately return visits planed soon.
