Previously submitted Customer Comments Pete Pertang , Southampton - 24 Feb 2012 - 10/10 Had excellent service and great advice would recommend them highly :) Tim Turner , Malmesbury, Wilts - 07 Jan 2012 - 1/10 I ordered a model kit from westbourne models in mid October and had my credit card account debited immediately. Over the following 7 weeks I phoned several times and was fobbed off by martin shanks with imminent delivery promises. Finally after calling the manufacturer direct I sourced the kit elsewhere and cancelled my order with westbourne and received the kit within 24 hours from this other supplier. I have now requested a refund on three occasions but again lies from MR shanks so have put the issue in the hands of the my card people. I can honestly say that westbournes customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and the way they took money from my card and refused to refund it can only be described as fraudulent.
