I went there on 7 July 2008 as I was in Leicester on business. the shop is larger than it looks from the outside and the selection quite large (or very large in the case of the DVD stock) with some useful items from non-mainstream manufacturers, which is always a good sign.

This has to be the best model railway shop that i've been to in a long long time.The staff are very helpful and the stock is second to none.My first shop of choice,even if i have to drive 40 miles to get there! well worth a visit.First class!

I have used this shop for many years, and found that the owner, and his staff, are knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Whilst I am a kit builder for the most part, and held ranges are now somewhat limited, the quality of service, and general friendliness make me quite happy to go out of my way to pay that little extra for the quality of support given. An old school model shop - run by people who CARE about their customers! Not the cheapest, nor the best stocked for my needs, but certainly the best all round I have been in, and if you read this Malc - Thanks for everything over the years - You and your staff have been brilliant!

They have a HUGE selection of Videos and DVDs and a beautifully laid out shop. This makes a change from some shops where finding what you want is virtually impossible. The staff are friendly and helpful.
