Not impressed by this gentleman. I arrived at the shop (again the map didn't really help)at about 1030. It was supposed to open at 10. the owner was inside but the door was locked. He could see I was outside (it was pouring with rain) but did not open up. I went back about half an hour later. the shop was now open but he did not say anything as I went in. Then, when I was tring to look at something on a revolving display, he pulleds it back in the other direction to put something on it. the shop is quite well stocked but not well organised so that there was N gauge mixed with 00 stuff etc.

Sadly i have to agree with the other comments! I did not find the staff particularly helpful, and they freely admit that the amount and availability of items shown on their website bears no resemblance to the actual items that they have in stock. Overall very disappointing!

Staff are not very helpful or engaging. Seem more involved in taking and handling telephone orders. I felt my enquiries were met with disinterest.

Great stock and very helpful and knowledgable staff. The prices for the items i wanted are the cheapest of any uk advertiser in current magazines, and the shop prices are exactly the same as those advertised.

Great shop to browse, but prices are high unless you get a price list from one of the model mags then they sell at that price. avoid mail order at all costs, items may appear six months later if you are lucky after you have wasted pounds on telephone calls chasing the items up.
