This shop has a really interesting variety of stock and has all the bits and bobs that you can never find any where else. Like working signals and streetlight and all the odd tools you need. It is run by a really friendly man and he is very knowledgable. He sells lots of second hand stuff and the prices are very cheap.

Small shop, not a huge amount of stock on show but good prices on the rtr stuff. All stuff available to order.
lots of little bits, kits etc.
shp owner (i presume) was a really nice chap, very friendly and above all no bull hit from him.
this would definatley be my local model shop if i lived any where near.

We are improving our design service.
Our cumulative 60 years of model railway experience with over 8 years DCC experience help us advise our customers to best suit you needs.
We now offer a CAD design service and can supply all parts and build the layout if you wish.
It does not matter whether you require a DC (Analogue) or DCC (Digital) layout, we can design and offer advise for aspects of the layout.
20th February 2008 - Kingsteignton Model Railway Exhibition
We are proud to say that we are supporting the Kingsteignton Model Railway Exhibition on 19th April.
We will be taking along our DCC sound Demo layout for N and OO.
Look out for our offers on selected stock.
Bob's Loco Clinic will also be with us on our stand. Bob has just returned from Harrogate for British Railway Modelling Festival of Model Railways. Bob will also be at BRM's Ali Pali Show at the end of March as well.
5th November 2007 - Mind the Gap : Paignton's Premier Railway Model Shop : has moved
Don't worry it is not far from our orignal shop, only two doors closer to Paignton's town centre. Our new shop number is 108 Torquay Road, and all other details are the same. Our new premises are now larger and we are expanding our range that we stock.
We are now or in the near future, stocking a comprehensive range from Hornby, Bachmann Branchlines, Bachmann Farish, Woodland Scenics, PECO, Scenix buildings, Hurst Models, Pheonix Paints, C-Rail, B & H Enterprises, N Brass Locomotives, Evergreen Plastics, Albion Metals, Traintronics, Fleetline, GEM, Ratio, Wills, Metcalf, Superquick, Kestral Designs, Knightwing, Lenz and ZTC. This is a greatly expanded selection of manufacturers and also a larger depth of stock.
Please remember that if we do not have an item, we will be able to order it, as long as it is still available.
