Excellent service and always available on the phone to help. Good stock and well priced as well. Have ordered many things Online; stuff is delivered when promised. and when something arrives damaged, it is replaced immediately without any fuss. Overall an excellent shop which I would higly recommend.

Always must helpful. A very pleasant shop to visit. The shop is carries an excellent range of products and they are always willing to order in any specialist items they dont usually have in stock.

An excellent traditional model shop with a very good range of items, and willing to order anything not already available. This is one of the best model shops in the north west of england and - given the number that have closed down in the last decade - well worth patronising. The staff are always very willing to give advice and help, and, unlike so much of the retail trade, make their customers feel valued.

Keith & john are very helpful & there knowledge has help me out on vairous problems many times, the shop is very well layed out & the web site only stocks items the have in stock. They stock a good range of fleischmann & Hornby trains etc. There prices are very fair & they only stock new items. The mail order system is very good. There is good cheap parking spaces on the road out side the shop. thanks for this great shop Jim

Waltons -brilliant_ keith and john the very friendly and very helpful people who run this shop deliver a fantastic mail order service. If its not in stock they will try their hardest to get it for you, usually within ten days (in my experience)if your order is unobtainable they let you know asap by 'phone /e-mail and prices are very competitive. I obtain all my fleischmann bits and pieces from them and they always arrive protectively packaged by special delivery. I recently purchased a loco from them which turned out to be faulty, I 'phoned, returned it and the loco was replaced by return of post fantastic ! Can't rate them highly enough. Just wish there was a waltons in bristol. Ten - perfection !

Really nicely laid out clean shop thats easy to get around. Freindly, helpful, non-pushy staff. Did not take advantage of the fact that I am a beginner. Helped my with the best value for money solution to my query.
