Brillaint old fashioned model shop with plenty of parts, materials and other bits & pieces on dispay to browse through. Unfortunately now only open part of the week due to owner reducing working hours - I wonder how much longer it will last. Use it while you can - they don't make them like this any more.

Excellent shop. Very helpful owner. Excellent location with good parking in supermarket parking lot nearby. Excellent selection of models, tools.components etc for most scales.

I went into this shop knowing I wanted to build up a model railway (Over a period of several years) in "N" Gague, but knowing little else about what was needed. The shopkeeper was extremely helpful, spending a good ten minutes giving me some realistic ideas about the cost and practicalities of my ideas and suggesting cheaper alternatives as well as the more costly ideal items to use. A visit is recommended.

Definitely worth a visit- shopped with them for over 15 years, first OO and now n. Don't carry the biggest stock of N in the world, but have a good second hand selection and pricing on new N gauge items rivals that of the biggest box shifters. Fantastic stock of detailing products, rail match and phoenix paints, (And for OO a bewilderingly thorough selection of transfers for rolling stock/nameplates etc. A proper tardis with lots of ancillary modelling products, plastic sheet, brass strip, soldering flux etc, and a very good and tempting range of railway books. Small and perfectly formed shop !
