Previously submitted Customer Comments Pete Debney , Wrexham - 29 Apr 2012 - 1/10 It's a shame I can't leave zero stars. i've been here twice now, and after today, I can assure you never again: both time's i've been, i've looked around for a good ten minutes without so much as a 'hello' from their staff, but considering there was only one other customer in today when I visited, it's unexceptable. In additon to this, the staff were moaning about the charge for carrier bags, seeing as the money goes to charity, this seemed nothing short of just being tight. The nail in the coffin was when a member of staff decided to push past my wife rather than politely ask her to move. i'd rather go to the chain store hell of modelzone than go back to this place.
