Phoned in morning before driving 1.25 hour round trip from wigan to see about getting model looked at as not working properly. I was told they where open as normal (bank holiday weekend) and that there was a car park to rear so it would not matter if I needed to wait for a bit I said I needed car parking information as traveling from wigan. I explained that the Hornby item I would be bringing was a christmas present and I had a receipt, but not from them, although Hornby recommended them as a service centre. Arrived at store and was told "Hornby service centre is all well and good but you didnt buy from us, will be a week before we will be able to look at it. I was also told I should shop locally, which I would have if we had a stockest here, and if the product had not been unavailbale for 10 weeks or more. Will not go here again and definatly will not recommend. Waste of time
