  Annual show features four halls with some of the best layouts around in the largest one-day exhibition in the East Midlands. Run by enthusiastic club members and aimed at the enthusiast. This year's exhibition will be opened by Chris Leigh of Model Rail Magazine. As well as the high quality layouts on show, there will be 'show you how' modelling demonstrations, a large range of traders and you can sit down, have a cuppa whilst watching any trains you have brought on the multi-gauge test track. Demonstrators and societies attending: D1 Peter Harvey Peter is demonstrating the art of construction of etched brass 7mm british outline colour light signal kits and products produced by PH Designs D2 Ian and Michael Ian and Michael are members of the Northampton Club. Ian will be demonstrating resistance soldering techniques. Michael will be demonstrating brass loco kit construction. D3 Junior Members Will be operating their 00 gauge layout which is still under construction and demonstrating some of their modelling for the younger visitors. S1 Friends of the National Railway Museum Members of the friends of the museum will be providing information on the museum and have many exclusive items for sale to support the NRM. Please remember without continuing support this valuable asset to our railway heritage could possibly be lost in the future. S2 ARG Society (Austrian Railways) The A.R.G. Has been going for 20 years and has approximately 250 members. We cater for all interests in Austrian Railways, standard gauge, narrow gauge, and mountain railways. Quite a few members visit Austria on a regular basis and contribute to our quarterly magazine by way of articles and /or photographs.
