This Exhibitions and Events calendar covers many of the Railway events in the forthcoming months. If your event is not listed just complete the SUBMISSION FORM with your details and we will add them on the next regular update.

We can advertise any of your events up to 12 months in advance AND you can submit any changes you need at any time.

  • Sat 4th - Sun 5th - Somerset and Dorset Railway Trust -  Annual Model Railway Display
    Edington Village Hall, Lippetts Way, Edington, NR Bridgwater, Somerset
    Next year's annual model railway display will be held on our usual first weekend of the year in the usual venue - Edington Village Hall. Entrance prices are held as last year, with free entry for accompanied children under 16. Proceeds go towards the Somerset & Dorset Railway Trust's activities in Washford and elsewhere.   • Sun 5th - South Buckinghamshire O Gauge Running Group -  Public Running Session
    St. Dunstan's Catholic Church Hall, Wakeman Road, Bourne End, Buckinghamshire
    Bring your O gauge locos and stock to run on the East Midlands Group Test Track, which can accommodate 2 rail DC & DCC and 3 rail models. Or you can just watch the trains go by and talk to like minded modellers. In addition there will be at least three traders, a loco clinic and light refreshments. Bourne End Station (served by Great Western Railway) is an easy five minute walk away. There is also a regular Arriva bus service linking Bourne End and High Wycombe.  MORE DETAILS HERE...

    Our Model Railway Exhibition, will feature layouts of various gauges, a range of products from top quality traders plus support of various local railway societies. There will be a selection of homemade hot & cold light refreshments available.     A family-friendly model transport exhibition organised and supported by the Model Bus Federation and members of the Crossing Church. There will be a variety of model railway, tram and bus layouts and displays plus associated sales stalls.

    We are organising our 31st exhibition with a wide range of layouts, and a wide range of trade support as usual. We aim to have 15 layouts exhibited, to include Arun Quay by Gordon and Maggie Gravett, and the amazing N gauge James Street.     The Surrey Sports Park, University of Surrey, Richard Meyjes Road, Guildford, Surrey
    All traders/layouts are in one ground floor hall making access easy for all visitors including wheelchair users, also there's a coffee shop and a bar. Free on-site car parking in dedicated exhibition car park plus a free vintage bus service from & to Guildford railway station.     Barton Peveril College, Chestnut Avenue, Eastleigh, Hampshire
    Barton Peveril College is about 1 1/2 miles from M3 Junc 13 or M27 Junc 5 and will be AA signed from shortly after the junctions. Please use SO50 5BX for SatNav. Eastleigh and Southampton Airport Parkway stations are both about 25 mins walk. Buses - A free heritage bus service will run between the College and Eastleigh and Southampton Airport Parkway Stations approximately every half hour from 9.30am.     The Longfield Academy, Main Road (B260), Longfield, Kent
    The Erith Model Railway Society's annual January show, one of South East England's largest shows (and Kent's largest by stand numbers), will return to the Longfield Academy for our 5th show there. The show will encompass at least 30 layouts, extensive trade and society support, demonstrators (including the club's Foxley Service Centre - Loco Diagnostics & Cleaning Service), static exhibits and charity raffle, making over 100 stands in total.  MORE DETAILS HERE...

  • Sun 26th - Bristol O Gauge Group -  Bogg 2020
    Uwe Filton Campus, Filton Road, Bristol, Bristol
    The exhibition is a mix of 70+ traders, up to 10 layouts with a selection of demonstrators giving advice on the required skills to fulfil your modelling requirements. The event is supported by the Gauge O Guild, with advice clinics and membership sales. Our supported charity is again 'CHILDREN's HOSPICE SOUTH WEST'.
