Plenty of Local Advertising and Passing Trade has made this the just off the town centre and sea front location with the benifit of the tea ladies from the church excellent bacon rolls for the early arrivals . Plenty of space to browse and chat and all Saturday events regular local bus routes pass outside with the attraction of plenty of local shops open too for a great destination event. Please note parking in local streets and car parks at authority conditions , rail station flat short walk from venue.
