This is the much-extended replacement of the former St Albans exhibition in its new home in Stevenage. The gangways are spacious and there are no gloomy corners.

Periscopes will be available to help view layouts for children, those in wheelchairs and any others who may be vertically challenged. The venue is designed to be able to hold such events and boasts modern facilities. Prices include a free A5, 80 page colour guide to the exhibition.

There is a direct link via a footbridge at first floor level between the railway station and the Arts & Leisure Centre. There is ample local parking available at reasonable prices. Do not park in the Leisure Park behind the station. This is privately owned, is covered by monitored CCTV cameras and, if you park there and leave the Park, you will be fined.

Following teething problems at the 2017 exhibition, Saturday morning queuing problems have been addressed, visitor seating improved and additional space being given to the café area.

Avoid the early morning queue by booking in advance. Tickets on sale in person from the Box Office 01438 363200 or book Online at gordon-craig. Special offer : adult tickets &7.00 when purchased on or before December 31st 2017. (£6.00 for residents in SG1 & SG2 postcode areas).
Alternatively, arrive early, get your ticket and wait in comfort: box office and café open at 09:00 both days.

There will be a wide variety of layouts on view including several exceptional examples. The range of traders offers comprehensive coverage to meet the needs of most modellers. There will still be an emphasis on enabling visitors to glean information and offer the opportunity to learn about different modelling skills via a fine selection of supporting demonstrators and society stands.

Refreshments are available in the exhibition and there is a separate coffee bar in more relaxed surroundings adjacent to the Box Office.
