Barry and Penarth MRC is now one of the largest and most active model railway clubs in South Wales, with around 50 members with interests in most scales and gauges from N to O-Gauge, including an active NMRA group (Red Dragon Modellers). The club has permanent premises on the top floor of the Cadoxton Conservative Club. |

The newly formed Rhoose & the Vale Model Railway Group are now holding regular club nights on Thursday evenings 7.30 at Rhoose Social Club. We have a well established 00 gauge layout which is now in the process of being redeveloped and our running 0 gauge layout is now nearing completion but there is still plenty to do. We will soon be able to boast an a new N gauge layout and this is currently well into the planning stage.
