We are a small yet growing enthusiastic group of modellers located in Berkshire England who model Nth American Railroads in N Scale. Our interests span from the 1950's steam-diesel transition era through to the current scene. We meet on a fairly regular round robin basis at each others homes. We are a club of 20 members who regularly meet at Grazely Village Hall on a Tuesday night at 1900 hrs. Our modelling skills vary from electronics, scenery, track laying and buildings. Oh I forgot tea making. We model in OO, HO and N Gauges. We have been a club since 1969 and we exhibit our layouts far and wide. |

The Newbury model railway club has been in continuous existence for over thirty years and meets regularly every Friday evening at the Wash Common Community Centre on Glendale Avenue between 7:30pm and 9:30pm.
We currently have six layouts that we exhibit and we are currently building a new OO gauge test track which will become a new exhibition standard layout over the next three years. Other gauges modelled as well as the two OO gauge layouts are 7mm narrow gauge, HO gauge, N gauge and O gauge. |

We meet every Friday for talks and shows on all railway subjects and other transport themes. Please see our website for details of future talks. We are right next to Slough station, in the West car park. We are the owners of a 1924 Hudswell Clarke 0-6-0 saddle tank which spent it's life working on the Slough Trading Estate. It is now working on the Swindon and Cricklade Railway in Wiltshire. Please come and join us on a Friday evening. |
