We are a small yet growing enthusiastic group of modellers located in Berkshire England who model Nth American Railroads in N Scale. Our interests span from the 1950's steam-diesel transition era through to the current scene. We meet on a fairly regular round robin basis at each others homes. We are a club of 20 members who regularly meet at Grazely Village Hall on a Tuesday night at 1900 hrs. Our modelling skills vary from electronics, scenery, track laying and buildings. Oh I forgot tea making. We model in OO, HO and N Gauges. We have been a club since 1969 and we exhibit our layouts far and wide. |

The Newbury model railway club has been in continuous existence for over thirty years and meets regularly every Friday evening at the Wash Common Community Centre on Glendale Avenue between 7:30pm and 9:30pm.
We currently have six layouts that we exhibit and we are currently building a new OO gauge test track which will become a new exhibition standard layout over the next three years. Other gauges modelled as well as the two OO gauge layouts are 7mm narrow gauge, HO gauge, N gauge and O gauge. |

We are right next to Slough station, in the West car park. We are the owners of a 1924 Hudswell Clarke 0-6-0 saddle tank which spent it's life working on the Slough Trading Estate. It is now working on the Swindon and Cricklade Railway in Wiltshire. Please come and join us on a Friday evening. |
