Situated in Carlisle Railway Station this is the ideal location to both model trains and watch the real thing as well. We have 24 hour access but meet on Mon, Wed and Fri from 8.00 pm subject to a key holder being available. Two layouts at present. Bridlington Model Railway Society was founded in 1982.
The main meetings are held on Tuesday evenings between 7pm and about 9-30pm, in the station buffet, Bridlington railway station, where information can be given about our other clubrooms where layouts are being built.
Membership is unrestricted, although young people under 13 must be accompanied.
The society runs 2 shows a year, at Spring bank holiday and August bank holiday.

We are a new Model Railway Club with premises in Brookside Garden Centre and Minature Railway, famous for its collection of Railwayana and 7 1/4inch railway. We have a large test track in our clubroom in Carlisle Citadel Station, not the same as the Border Rlwy Society, and we meet on the last Monday of the month at the Haywain, Little Corby.
