The Crawley Model Engineers were founded in 1962 by a group of engineers working in one of the factories in Crawley. They set about building an above ground railway in Crawley's Goffs Park.
The Club today operates the Goffs Park Light Railway, The elevated 1250 feet long circuit has 5 and 3.5 inch capability.
The aluminium track has a ruling grade of about 1 in 100 with two short sections of 1 in 80.
We meet on Wednesdays & Sunday mornings from 10am. |

The Echills Wood Railway is a 71/4 gauge railway, Which includes four station some to be completed, 5 bridges, 20 metre tunnel. The two main stations have facilities to service four trains each, the railway has a selection of semaphore and colour light signals, with an approximate track length of 2 miles within the park. The society caters for all model engineering disciplines and welcomes new members, especially youngsters. Formed in 1935, it has occupied its present Waltham Windmill site, on the outskirts of Grimsby, since 1987, where it has created an interesting track catering for 3-1/2in, 5in and 7-1/4in gauge locomotives. Public running takes place every Sunday and bank holiday from March/Easter to end of October and Wednesdays during school summer holidays. A traction engine roadway has also been built. |

The King's Lynn & District Society of Model Engineers was formed in 1970 to bring together all those in the area interested in Model Engineering.

The Society was established in 1994 and its headquarters are located in Victoria Park, Rawmarsh, Near Rotherham. The Society operates a triple gauge ( 3.5", 5" and 7.25" ) raised track and a 7.25" ground level track. Rides are given to the public every Sunday from Easter to October and on Wednesdays during school holidays. The Societies extended ground level track is now fully operational including improved facilities for the disabled. The Society hires out the facilities for birthday parties. |

Mizens Railway is a passenger-carrying miniature railway situated in a delighful 10-acre site near Woking in Surrey. The railway provides a choice of runs with a variety of locomotives, including several steam engines.
