Falcon Brassworks Locomotive Kits consist of:
A set of Nickel Silver Chassis and valve gear etches in 20 thou material with spacers for OO/EM/P4. Most Falcon chassis can be built fixed or compensated.
A set of 12 thou Brass Etches for the loco superstructure with a pre-rolled boiler.
Lost wax brass or whitemetal fittings, brass rod turned brass handrail knobs. Most kits have turned brass chimneys, domes and smoke box doors.
Spring buffers (some kits have whitemetal buffers where there is no suitable sprung component available).
And an appropriate tender is also supplied as part of the kit where applicable.

We do not include couplings, wheels, motor or gearbox in the kit. However we can now supply Romford Wheels, Mashima Motors , Tenshodo Motor Bogies and a range of gearboxes to suit most of our kits, We recommend Tenshodo Motor Bogies for our Steam Railmotors.
Wagon and coach kits are complete other than wheels, seats and couplings We can supply rocking "W" irons for compensation if required.

Should you require any spare parts for your kit please return the damaged part for replacement to our address in Wales. If you have damaged any parts or require additional items please send an SAE with postage stamps to the value of £1.50 per item for the replacements.

The locos are separated into Tank & Tender Locos and then into wheel arrangement. The price code for the locomotives comes first and the next code (in brackets) is the chassis price code. Substitute (CH) to the loco kit number when ordering a chassis i.e. LK109 becomes CH109.
